What’s Included

Trademark Evaluation & Conflict Check

  • We will evaluate the distinctiveness and eligibility of your brand elements (i.e., your logos, slogans, trade names and designs), for trademark registration availability.

  • We will also do a comprehensive TM search and assess potential conflicts with existing trademarks to help you make an informed decision.

  • If based on our findings, you decide not to proceed with the application, we will refund the fee paid, less a $250 charge for the services rendered up to this point.

Documentation Assistance

  • We will work with you to determine the appropriate application type and gather all the necessary information and documentation to complete the application process.

  • Once your trademark application is ready, we handle the submission process on your behalf and navigate the trademark office requirements and procedures so that your application is properly completed and submitted in a timely manner.

  • The Fee is inclusive of 1 (one) class of goods or services. Additional classes will require collection of additional USPTO fees (normally $275 to $325/each class) prior to submission. Additional fees apply for international registrations.
